DRUTEX wins the 2024 Economic Griffin
DRUTEX doors and roller shutters in Europe, received a special award for long-lasting contribution to building Pomeranian economy.
The 2024 Economic Griffin gala took place on 13 November on 34th floor of Olivia Star. The awards were given in nine categories i.a. the Innovation Leader or the Export Leader.
In order to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Economic Griffin, the organizer, the Pomeranian Business Council, decided to give a special award for companies that made exceptional contribution to the development of Pomeranian economy. Among them was DRUTEX, the company that has been providing clients all over the world with top quality products for more than 39 years.
- We started in 1985, turning a small business into a global company. Today we are one of the biggest employers in the Pomerania, employing over 4000 staff. We are the ambassador of the region not only in Poland but also worldwide. Our products are present on every continent and export constitutes over 80% of our income – says Paweł Grzonka marketing director in DRUTEX.
The Economic Griffin has been awarded nonstop since 2000. Its aim is to foster an entrepreneurial mindset, support and initiate innovative and pro-development actions, as well as promoting good practices in business. The Bytów company has received the award again, after the triumph in the ‘Big Company category.

DRUTEX has won numerous awards in Poland and abroad. This year the company has won the ‘Best Employer in Poland’ title for the third time in the Building industry in the Forbes ranking. It also received the ‘Forbes Diamond’ for the most dynamic development among Polish companies, as well as the ‘Construction Company of the Year’ and the ‘Builder’s Star’.
